1 month agoHad an excellent experience purchasing from the team. Mario was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Due to my work I am usually unavailable during the day, Mario was available during after work hours to assist with the process which was incredibly helpful. If i am ever in the need for another car they will be my first port of call due to their exceptional service.
1 month agoA great buying experience, dealt with Sam, a young man with his head screwed on right. No pressure, open, honest communication, no silly tactics or offers to up sell products. I would happily purchase another motor vehicle through this company. Highly recommend.

1 month agoWhat a pleasure dealing with Sam and his team. From a very quick turnaround on some finance to having the jimny ready to go in under a week. No bullshit about the car we purchased sight unseen no test drive. I drove it 900 km west and it didnāt miss a beat. It was a great experience no up selling of other crap, car was ready to hit the road soon as I got there. Very friendly people to work with. Thank you Signature Motor Group

3 months ago5 stars is not an easy thing to achieve and maintain, but these guys are well and truly deserving. As a salesman myself, my goal is to change the perception of that 'dodgy car sales' stigma attached to the industry by providing ethical and honest pre and post sales service. Sam and the boys are no different! I purchased a VW Golf R Wolfsburg edition and if you know anything about the VW's, you'd know that it can be hit or miss and requires due diligence. For peace of mind Sam allowed me to not only take it for an extended first test drive, but also delivered the car to my workplace for a second overnight test drive so I could have it inspected. I requested a record of detailed service reports which wouldn't have been easy to acquire, and had that info within the same business day! To finish it off, took time out of his own busy day to handover the car clean and presentable with a full tank of fuel! I fully support and recommend Sam and the team at Signature Motor Group! All the best guys!! Thank you!
3 months agoBuying a used car can be a stressful experience, but I had a very positive experience with Signature Motors. Mario was personable from the get-go and made the whole process easy. He was flexible with arranging a test drive, never pressured me into buying, and was happy for me to have the car inspected by an independent mechanic, which other dealers werenāt too keen on. Overall, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Iād happily recommend Signature Motors to anyone looking for a used car.

4 months agoPurchased a used Mazda CX3 from them, Kyle was really helpful and flexible. They offered to bring the car to my workplace which was the most convenient part of the entire deal. The delivery was also easy! Highly recommended!
4 months agoWe give a big five star thank you to Signature Motors for not only our fabulous great value Mazda CX5 but for the high level of service and attention to detail from the initial enquiry to the transfer of payment. The RAA check added extra security to buying a secondhand car. Mario brought the car to our home for the test drive and it was in conversation during that drive that I asked him the question about the origins of the business. I got a strong sense of their values of honesty, the importance of relationships and the value that Mario and Sam place on offering high-quality cars for sale at reasonable prices. They have been in the business for quite a few years and decided to go out on their own so that they were able to develop a business based on values that are often hard to find in a world of transactions and profits! As customers we benefit from their experience and the quality re-sale networks that they are connected to. Thanks very much Mario and Sam! We are full-time carers for my Dad so our time to deal with external matters is limited which is why the no stress, personal, very professional service was so very much appreciated!

Sam and the team where so helpful through out the whole process and very reasonable on the price and happy to take my trade in. Canāt recommend these guyās enough! So helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. If your in the market for a new car, check these guys out first!

5 months agoRecently bought my Honda Civic from Signature Motor Company and couldn't be happier with the experience. Sam was fantastic and he answered all my questions patiently, gave me space to decide between three vehicles, and never once made me feel pressured. Refreshing compared to most dealerships! Everything he promised at the start was delivered exactly as agreed, which really builds trust when you're making a big purchase. The whole team is friendly and the used vehicles are clean and mechanically sound. If you're in Adelaide looking for a used car, this is the place to go. I was pretty hesitant about buying second-hand after some bad past experiences, but this ended up being the best car-buying experience Iāve had . The owner was super friendly, honest, and easygoing. You can definitely tell he loves what he does and isnāt just trying to sell you a product. I was even offered a warranty for the car, which gave me extra peace of mind. They really go above and beyond for their customers . I couldnāt recommend this place any more. š
